What a delightful experience. Naseeha was very professional, great selection of funky frames. You can get an eye examination certificate done. The cost of the services was very reasonable. Great all round service from the team.

Lookin Optometrist has been my optometrist since 2020 and they really are the best! The whole team is so welcoming yet professional, and makes you feel right at home - after every visit there I’m left with a smile on my face, which is a huge change from when visiting an optometrist used to be a dreaded thing for me!

The best optometrist in the area!! Not only does she have the latest and best technology, she is extremely patient and detailed orientated, and explained every test and issue very professionally. She was also very helpful in assisting me to decide on a frame for myself. She has the best range of frames from entry level to the very classy higher end frames. She will definitely be my optometrist for life.

The best customer experience I’ve received at an optometrist. For the first time I felt like my optometrist cares, it wasn’t about selling spectacle frames or making money from my consultation. The environment is welcoming and everyone is very professional. Naseeha offers great advice and is very patient and thorough with her explanations.
The product range of the frames is great and very affordable. For an artsy person like myself who’s very picky, I was spoiled for choice. The packaging my glasses came in is just beautiful, I wasn’t expecting all the extra goodies that came with my glasses. I’m definitely recommending her to everyone who cares to listen

I have used several optometrists across South Africa and can say that the ladies at Lookin Eyecare Specialists are by far my best experience to date- they are lovely, professional and their energy is refreshing.
The store is clean, well lit and the service is unmatched. The attention to detail in catering to the needs of the client makes you feel like a celebrity from the minute you step foot into the store.
The range of glasses and sunglasses they carry are unique and cater to all styles whether you're a hipster or traditional and classy- you will find what you are looking for.
I have never had an optometrist do a follow up upon collecting my new frames and for that will remain a loyal customer.

Service times are extended in order to accommodate people who work during the week and or weekends.
I received my spectacles within a week of ordering lenses. I did not have to pay for wipes and cleaning spray for ~8 weeks. I could walk in without an appointment and get my frame adjusted.
